The Scheppach Plana 3.0c or Plana 3.1c planers had 2 types of iron mounting: either with iron holders to mount reversible irons, or with counter irons to mount 250x20x3.0 mm resharpenable irons such as these directly in the shaft. Be sure to check which system your machine is equipped with.

High chromium content of 18% real for our TOP quality!  Advantages of our TOP quality steel compared to Swedish or Chinese steels also sold for 18% but which only reach 10 to 12% chromium in reality:
